1. Who we are

This website is operated by Gilder Vapes, 2602A Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough, ON. You can reach us at (416) 258-9898 or gildervapes@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Age requirement (19+)

Vaping products are for adults of legal age only. You must be 19 years of age or older to use this website or buy from us. Valid government-issued photo ID is checked at in-store pickup and on delivery. We will refuse to hand over or deliver an order, and will cancel it, if the person receiving it cannot show valid ID proving they are 19+.

3. Health warning

Our products contain nicotine, which is an addictive chemical. Products are not intended for use by non-smokers, youth, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

4. Products and pricing

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
• Prices, product availability and promotions can change without notice.
• We do our best to show accurate product information, photos and stock levels. If a price or stock error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the order and will refund any payment for items we can't supply.
• We may limit quantities per customer.

5. Orders, pickup and delivery

• In-store pickup: pick up your order at 2602A Eglinton Ave E during store hours (Sun–Thu 8 AM–11 PM, Fri–Sat 8 AM–Midnight). Please bring valid photo ID.
• Local delivery: available in the Scarborough area. Delivery is free on orders over $50 CAD; any delivery fee on smaller orders is shown at checkout. Someone 19+ with valid ID must receive the order.
• We don't ship orders by mail or courier.
• We may cancel an order that can't be verified, fulfilled or delivered, and will refund any payment in full.

6. Returns and exchanges

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We don't offer refunds or returns on products that have been opened or used, or on products you've changed your mind about.

Defective products: if a product is defective, bring it back to the store with your receipt within 7 days of purchase and we'll exchange it for the same product (or one of equal value if it's out of stock). Exchanges don't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, water damage, incorrect charging or normal wear.

7. Payment

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details.

8. Using this website

Content on this website (text, logos, photos and design) belongs to Gilder Vapes or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners. You agree not to misuse the website or place fraudulent orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Gilder Vapes is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
